The basics

1. Open Play and pick a mode: Quick Play (10 random questions), Custom Game, Team Battle, or tap a category tile.
2. A 3-second countdown starts the game. Each question has 4 answers, A–D. Tap one, or press keys 1–4.
3. You have 30 seconds per question by default. If the clock runs out, the question counts as wrong.
4. After each answer the correct one is highlighted, and a fun fact may appear. Tap Next or wait for the next question.
5. At the end you'll see your correct answers, accuracy, best streak and the coins and XP you earned.

Pick a language with the flag buttons on the menu. Questions and the AI voice host switch to that language.

Custom Game settings (rounds, timer, difficulty, category, question source) apply to Premium players. Free games are a fixed 10-question round.

Scoring

• Each correct answer earns 10 coins and 20 XP.
• Answer streaks multiply your reward: 3 in a row ×1.5, 5 in a row ×2, 10 in a row ×3. A wrong answer resets the streak.
• XP raises your level. Coins buy power-ups in the shop.

Lifelines (one of each per game)

• 🎲 50/50: removes two wrong answers.
• ❄️ Freeze: stops the clock for 5 seconds.
• ⏱️ +15s: adds 15 seconds to the current question.
• ⏭️ Skip: moves on without answering. It uses a skip from the shop, and Premium players get unlimited skips.

Team Battle

1. Choose Team Battle and name the two teams. Both teams play on the same screen, which works best on a TV, projector or laptop everyone can see.
2. Teams take turns, one question each. The scoreboard shows whose turn it is.
3. A correct answer adds that question's coins to the team's score.
4. If the team gets it wrong or runs out of time, the other team gets a 🔥 Steal. They can Steal (answer for +10) or Pass.
5. A 🛡️ Steal Shield power-up blocks the other team's steal.
6. The highest score after the final round wins.

Daily Challenge

1. Every day there's one set of 10 mixed-category questions, and everyone gets the same set. A new set starts at midnight, your local time.
2. Open Daily Challenge from the menu and press Start. It plays like a solo game with a 30-second timer and lifelines.
3. Score 8 or more out of 10 to beat the challenge.
4. You get one attempt per day. Your score is saved when the game ends, and the Daily Challenge page then shows your result and when the next set unlocks.
5. Finish a challenge on consecutive days to grow your challenge streak. Skipping a day resets it to zero. The page also tracks your best score and how many challenges you've beaten.

Your Daily Challenge history is saved on this device. On the free plan, the challenge counts as one of your free games.

Hosting a room

1. Go to Rooms → Host a Room.
2. Enter both team names, choose 10, 20 or 30 rounds and a category. The current menu language is used for the room.
3. Press 🔑 Generate Code. You get a 6-character code such as K7MQ2X, and the room is saved so others can look it up. If you change a setting, press Generate Code again for a fresh code.
4. Share the code by reading it out, writing it on a board, or showing it on screen. Codes work for 6 hours.
5. Press 🚀 Start Match. The game runs as a Team Battle on your screen, with the room name and code shown at the top.
6. When the match ends, use Export PDF on the results screen to print or save an official scorecard.

Good to know

• A room is not a live sync. The code shares the game settings (teams, rounds, category, language), and each device that joins runs its own copy of the game. For one shared game, put the host screen on a TV or projector and have the teams answer from there.
• Joining with a code lets other groups, such as another classroom or table, play the same setup and compare scores afterwards.
• Without Host Mode ($9.99/month), a room runs as a demo game capped at 10 rounds for free players. Host Mode unlocks full-length rooms and the score export.

Joining a room

1. Get the 6-character code from your host.
2. Open Rooms from the menu and type the code into Join a Room. Letters are capitalised for you.
3. Press Join →. The game loads the host's team names, rounds, category and language, then starts after the countdown.

• "Room not found" means the code was mistyped or is more than 6 hours old. Ask the host for a fresh code.
• No account or app is needed to join.

Free vs paid

• Free: a limited number of free 10-question games, coins, streaks and the Daily Challenge.
• Day Pass, $1.99 for 24 hours: unlimited play for one event or session.
• Premium, $2.99/month: no ads, 2× coins, all categories, Custom Game settings, leaderboard saving and the AI voice host.
• Host Mode, $9.99/month: everything in Premium plus full-length private rooms, custom codes and score exports.
